I think the black color would suit the standard grip but it's stronger than the shiny iron. This will be compatible with other improvements. The Allen key included in the box appears to have marks on its side during shipping. But it's not your fault.
Clip For Glock 42
I recently bought 2 of these and they arrived today. Installation was quick. All these additions took 5 minutes.(I have a Glock Mag Kit from the Glock Store)

Man what a difference it makes in a Glock 42. I can't get enough grip on real Glock Mags. Inserting the +2 mag extension in the mouth now gives me a perfect grip. The gun feels very comfortable in the hand. Also the best gun controls are good too.
Great product. However, the video showing how to install the extension should be improved. After cutting the page. Place the metal plate on the table, then put some plastic so that the key is in the hole. Press the drain plug and start sliding the mag onto the base plate. He will rise in the right place. I tried several times as mentioned in the video, but the insert plate slides into the magazine and is almost impossible to separate. I have parts floating all over the place. Then I did it my way. Quick, easy, no flying parts and no problems with the mounting plate.
Looking for these mag boosters are the best out there. It's bigger, beefier and allows you to get a full hand on the G42's grip. Without any of these the weapon is useless.
Wish they came in color but the aluminum base with the hose grip knob looks like a lot of fun.

I put +1 of these on my G42, and I really like how the gun looks now with my pinky on the extension. Great improvement. And using a DeSantis pocket holster doesn't preclude carrying it in my pocket. This product is very good, IMO. Thank you for that
